Terms of Service

Last updated October 31, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and FlowInherit LLC, doing business as BoothBuddy ("BoothBuddy," "we"), for using boothbuddyapp.com. By logging in or booking, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Who can use BoothBuddy

You must be 21 or older and able to make a binding agreement. Keep your phone number current and don't let anyone else use your account. Venues check ID at the door and can turn away anyone under their minimum age, whatever they paid.

What BoothBuddy does

Venues list tables for their events and set the price, gratuity, tax, minimum age, arrive-by time and house rules. BoothBuddy lets your group book a table together, pay separate shares, and get individual passes. The venue is the seller of the table and is responsible for the night itself: entry, service, bottles and safety. BoothBuddy is not the venue, the promoter or the event organizer.

Prices, fees and payment

Prices shown are all-in: the table price, the venue's gratuity and tax, and a BoothBuddy fee shown before you pay. A group is charged only when every share is paid; until then payments are held, not charged. If the group doesn't finish in time or another group books the table first, holds are released. Payments are processed by Stripe, and pay-over-time options are provided by Affirm or Klarna under their own terms.

Only pay inside BoothBuddy. BoothBuddy, venues and promoters will never ask you to pay by Zelle, Venmo, Cash App transfer or a direct message. Money sent outside the app isn't covered by BoothBuddy.

Refunds, seats and passes

Refunds follow our Refund Policy. A paid seat can be given to someone else in the app until it's scanned. Passes are for one entry, can't be resold for more than you paid, and may be cancelled if they're copied, sold or obtained by fraud.

Text messages

Login codes. When you log in, we text a one-time code to your number. One message per login.

BoothBuddy booking updates (optional). If you tick the box at login or on your account page, we text updates about your bookings: checkout opening, your group being paid, seat links, refunds, and event changes or cancellations. Message frequency varies with your bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Consent isn't a condition of using BoothBuddy or of any purchase.

Reply STOP to any message to stop booking updates, or turn them off on your account page. Reply HELP for help, or email support@boothbuddyapp.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We don't share your number or consent for anyone's marketing; see our Privacy Policy.

Your conduct

Don't use BoothBuddy to commit fraud, resell passes for profit, impersonate someone, take payments off the app, harass people, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts, venues or promoters that do.

Venues and promoters

Venues and promoters agree to additional terms when they join, including how payouts, commissions, refunds and chargebacks work. Venues are responsible for their listings, prices, licenses and compliance with alcohol laws.

Disclaimers and limits

BoothBuddy is provided "as is." We work to keep it running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, BoothBuddy isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for what happens at a venue, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the BoothBuddy fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Disputes and governing law

Texas law governs these terms. Before filing any claim, contact us at support@boothbuddyapp.com so we can try to fix it. Claims are brought in the state or federal courts in Dallas County, Texas, unless the law gives you a different right.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app; using BoothBuddy after that means you accept the new terms.
